Food Technologist at The Go Meals by Rapid Meals LTD

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine formulations for balanced meal products such as powders, bars, and cereals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., KEBS).
• Conduct product testing, including taste, texture, and nutritional analysis.
• Source and evaluate ingredients to meet quality and cost requirements.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to create innovative products.
• Oversee production processes to maintain product consistency and quality.

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science/Technology or related field
• 2+ years of experience in product development and quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and food science
• Experience in formulation, manufacturing, and ingredient sourcing
