Quality Controller at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Checks the completeness of appropriate quality checks required as per allocated shift
• Conduct step by step release as required
• Monitor and record the held WIP and finished crowns and closures
• Document daily internal quality information as per required reports Submit reports to the QA Manager and QA Supervisor as per filing system in place
• Conduct investigations and make reports on non- conformances encountered
• Plan and prepare panels as may be directed Conducts lab evaluations, trials and test as required
• Encoding and analyzing statistical data as required
• Ensures inspections of incoming materials as required
• Carrying out any other task as it may be assigned by the supervisor
• Ensure compliance to HSE and food safety requirements

Requirements

• Cert/ Dip Degree in production/ analytical chemistry/food science, Quality Control any other relevant training.
• Knowledge of Certification of HSE & Quality management systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Production Procedures
• Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals
• Analytical Skills and able to multi task
• Attention to Detail and good Teamwork skills
