Forest and Landscape Restoration Monitoring and Verification Expert, Global Restoration Initiative, Forests Program at World Resources Institute (WRI)

What you will need:

•  Education: A completed Master's degree in Research Methods, Statistics, or Computer Science or a Bachelor's degree with 2 additional years of experience
•  Experience: 3-5 years of relevant, full-time work experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning with in-country , in-field experience
•  E xperience using data collection technologies such as ODK and Kobotoolbox and data visualization skills of results on dashboards .
•  E xperience conduct ing Monitoring & Evaluation activities such as refining indicators, drafting indicator definitions and reference sheets, and adapting methods from journal articles and best practices to improve the scalability of data collection to verify progress and impact.
•  E xperience engaging with a wide range of partners from donors and investors to farmer coops, smallholder farmers to de fi ne commonly-agreed socio-economic and/or ecosystem services indicator s .
•  Languages: Fluency or working pro fi ciency in French a major plus .
