Front Office Receptionist at Capitec Insurance Agency Ltd

We seek to hire a Front Office Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for all visitors. S/He should have a welcoming smile and actively engage clients who have come to the Organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Reception area is well-managed, and presentable at all times.
• Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
• Call and receive all incoming calls, redirect and record appropriately
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
• Oversees telephone services. email correspondence, and mail distribution.
• Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Front Office Management. Secretarial Studies, or related field.
• Must have strong analytical and communication skills, excellent leadership qualities.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Honesty and integrity
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate.
• Maintains confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
