Understand customer requests and translate their needs.
Manage the project end to end starting from initiation of project with customer and Services account manager to planning/arranging/monitoring the resources for the project until customer gives technical acceptance and project is successfully closed with the customer.
Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full complete solution answering customer needs
Support Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed
Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or master’s degree in engineering/ certification in Project Management
