JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We seek an experienced individual to support delivery of specific business strategies and objectives. The ideal candidate would:

• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on programme-related activities.
• Lead Large-scale complex projects planning, scheduling, controlling and reporting activities for strategic, high impact, high risk projects
• Implement programme management practices to support iterative/agile working 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital expenditures against the programme budget.
• Ensures that programmes are managed to realize agreed business strategic value  within agreed timescales.
• Managing interdependencies in support of specific business strategies & objectives 
• Manages the expectations of key project stakeholders.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS AND STAKEHOLDERS:

• Account Managers
• Product Managers 
• Software Engineering Team
• Quality Assurance Team 
• Finance & Operations Team 
• Service Teams: Customer success Team  & Service Desk
• Senior Management Team 
• Executive Business Leaders

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Must have experience:

• 7+ years Progressive active project management experience
• Experience in managing multiple large-scale complex projects in a fast paced environment

Nice to-have experience:

• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to direct work streams across large multi-faceted project teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Administration or related fields.
• PMP Certification is mandatory
• Working towards Program management certification
