Genius Remote Connectivity Lead at Atlas Copco

Your mission is to lead all the subteams of Genius, including the Genius Insights subteam, Infrastructure subteam and Data Intelligence subteam. A clear strategy should be developed on how Genius can be operationalized, processes improved and performance KPI’s to be monitored. The role requires a strong operational process focus to continuously improve and adapt through supporting data intelligence or infrastructure projects.

Main responsibilities

• You manage people, processes and projects and lead the teams based on data driven insights.
• You have financial ownership and transparency of revenues generated. You work together with different stakeholdes supporting Genius projects.
• Guide, steer and coach all team members to work on common goals and grow competence within the team
• Focus on continuous improvements of processes and tools and rollout of an agile methodology.
• Follow-up supporting projects and represent the team in different meetings.
• You collaborate closely with other team leaders within the digital and drives organization to identify dependencies, synergies, knowledge and competence sharing.

Your profile:

• Academic qualification or equivalent experience in IT, engineering and/or technical service support
• Proven leadership track with a process focus
• Fluent in English, any other languague would be beneficial
• Understanding of operational data analysis and modeling techniques
• Functional and technical analysis of IT solutions, preferably in IoT
• Basic understanding of vacuum technology and its service offering
