Global Learning and Development Coordinator at Sistema Biobolsa

Your mission at Sistema.bio:

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent and Learning, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, facilitating, managing and monitoring global L&D programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees across the different regions and functions. You will lead the Sistema.bio Academy. 

You’ll be in charge of:

• Program Design & Content Development: Developing  and designing impactful global and cross-functional training programs, online courses, and learning materials that captivate and resonate with employees across all the regions and functions.
• Training Needs: Establishing a systematic and comprehensive approach to assess training needs, conducting capability assessments to identify performance, skills, and knowledge gaps.
• Metrics & Assessment: Developing and implementing assessment strategies and metrics to measure effectiveness of training programs. Using feedback and data to make improvements and demonstrate ROI of the training programs. 
• Global Standards & Best Practices: Setting global standards and best practices for training content and delivery to ensure uniformity and effectiveness across all the regions and departments. Providing support to all training creators at Sistema.bio.
• Learning Management System: Managing our learning platform to facilitate seamless learning experiences and monitor progress effectively.

More about YOU:

• You hold a masters’ degree in Human Resources Management, education or equivalent
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development
• You have experience in instructional design (preferred)
• You have experience in facilitating training sessions to diverse audiences 
• You have strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills 
• You are comfortable using Learning Management Systems and authoring tools
• You have a first experience in a fast-paced environment and in a global team
• You want to work somewhere where you can have a social and environmental impact
• You are autonomous in your work and you know how to efficiently prioritize tasks and how to handle several projects at a time (excellent project management skills)
• You are growth-minded, resourceful and always full of ideas to implement new things
• You are fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus)
