    Global Training Program Manager Cago

    The Global Training Program Manager Cargo is responsible for developing and executing training strategies for prioritized business initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of training methodologies, strong project management skills, and expertise in deploying programs across multiple locations worldwide.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Own the global end-to-end learning process from analysis, design and development, delivery, feedback, evaluation and impact measurement of prioritized training initiatives and programs
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the overall business and training strategies, objectives, regulations, roadmaps and scope for the project implementation, including key Transformation and Operations Teams
    • Develop and maintain training project plans, including budget, timelines, milestones and resource allocation
    • Design a blended learning approach that incorporates various training methods, including instructor-led trainings, e-learning modules, video demonstrations, train-the-trainers, job aids, evaluations, and knowledge retention mechanisms
    • Work with Swissport instructional designers and learning organizations and third party providers to develop and execute training programs and workshops
    • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, securing training venues or virtual platforms, managing participant registrations and tracking and reporting training progress, attendance and completion
    • Lead train-the-trainers with identified regional trainers/super users to equip them with the necessary content, knowledge and confidence needed to lead the implementation and training of initiatives and programs within their areas of responsibility
    • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for all identified groups, both in person and through virtual platforms
    • Track key metrics and business performance to evaluate efficacy and impact of programs and learner experiences, and implement necessary continuous improvement enhancements
    • Keep abreast of current trends in adult learning methodologies, training development and delivery methods
    • Translate training and related documentation for worldwide deployments

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • 8+ years of previous experience in Learning, TM/OD and/or HR
    • Proven experience as a training program manager, or similar role in large-scale training and talent management projects
    • Aviation industry is essential, cargo import / export training experience
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and large, multi-year projects to ensure budgets, schedules and performance criteria are met
    • Excellent training facilitation and presentation skills, both in person and virtually
    • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
    • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
