    Governance and Policy Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical expertise related to the analysis of the design, implementation and effectiveness of institutional strengthening (including the Ward development Program)
    • Policy activities intended to sustainably increase agricultural productivity, nutrition-sensitive production, promote inclusive and competitive market systems and reduce poverty.

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in law, political science, public administration, governance or any other related field.
    • At least 10 years' experience in implementation, management and/or evaluation of governance activities related to institutional strengthening, review, development and implementation of policy in the agricultural sector.
    • Experience working with various levels of government from national, county to sub county level.
    • Excellent and demonstrable report writing skills.
    • Level 4 English.
