    Graphic Designer

    • Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Design or Communication
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a Hospital/Pharmaceutical Companies

    Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)but not limited to:

    • To create branding designs
    • To create marketing collaterals
    • To design brand & marketing communication
    • Work with different design tools - Photoshop, Adobe suite, Canva, Corel draw, Illustrator etc
    • Help with overall communication direction
    • Work with the marketing team to ensure all design & communication requirements are completed.
    • Designs & communication for social media Designs & Communication for offline marketing

    Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

    • Response quality & quantity
    • Rating improvement - Unit wise
    • Reviews measurement
    • Lead attendance & conversion

    Competencies Needed:

    • Proficiency with different design tools - Photoshop, Adobe suite, Canva, Corel draw, Illustrator etc
    • Attention to detail Self-motivated and work well with the team
    • Aware of recent trends in design & communication
    • Collaborate with different teams
