Graphic Designer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field ICT / Computer , Media / Advertising / Branding
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Design or Communication
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a Hospital/Pharmaceutical Companies
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)but not limited to:
- To create branding designs
- To create marketing collaterals
- To design brand & marketing communication
- Work with different design tools - Photoshop, Adobe suite, Canva, Corel draw, Illustrator etc
- Help with overall communication direction
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all design & communication requirements are completed.
- Designs & communication for social media Designs & Communication for offline marketing
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
- Response quality & quantity
- Rating improvement - Unit wise
- Reviews measurement
- Lead attendance & conversion
Competencies Needed:
- Proficiency with different design tools - Photoshop, Adobe suite, Canva, Corel draw, Illustrator etc
- Attention to detail Self-motivated and work well with the team
- Aware of recent trends in design & communication
- Collaborate with different teams
