Graphic Designer at Peak and Dale

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set the creative execution plan – Workflows, Tools, Medium, and Channels to optimize and accelerate
• the creative process
• Research top design trends to identify new approaches and keep our creative output evergreen
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects, timelines against set KPIs
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Ideation - prepare rough drafts, sketches and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Be guided by client’s brand guidelines - use the appropriate toolkit in execution
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media, Focus Group Discussions(FDGs), and Key Informants
• Interviews(KIIs)
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Build strong clients relationships through email and phone etiquette
• Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns ideas
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams to optimize execution and ensure brand consistency
• Experience Design – UI/UX for websites, Web Apps(Portals), Software and Mobile Apps.
• Establish best practices in creative execution
• Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments and creative buzz
• Do Search Engine Optimization – Technical Optimizations and Keywords

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven 3 years’ Agency work experience as a Creative Designer or related-field
• A strong portfolio of commercial and personal work
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Suite)
• Advanced Non-Technical software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint/slides, and Excel)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
