    Graphic Designer

    Job Purpose:

    To develop creative and impactful visual designs that support product packaging, brand visibility, social media marketing, trade marketing, and overall company communication objectives.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Design packaging materials including cartons, labels, sachets, pouches, and promotional packs.
    • Develop creative artwork for new products and packaging redesigns.
    • Create social media content and digital campaigns.
    • Design trade marketing materials including POS materials, banners, wobblers, flyers, brochures, and merchandising materials.
    • Develop vehicle branding concepts and outdoor advertising materials.
    • Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate artwork approvals with internal stakeholders and external printers.
    • Prepare print-ready files and liaise with suppliers during production.
    • Develop photography, videography, and motion graphics content where required.
    • Support product launches through innovative marketing materials.
    • Maintain an organized archive of all artwork and design files.

    Expected Outputs/KPIs:

    • Timely delivery of artwork as per agreed timelines.
    • Zero critical packaging artwork errors.
    • Successful execution of product launch materials.
    • Increased social media engagement through creative content.
    • Consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
    • Reduced artwork revision cycles.
    • Timely availability of marketing collateral.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
    • Experience in packaging design and print production processes.
    • Knowledge of pre-press and print specifications.
    • Experience in photography and video editing is an added advantage.
