Graphic & Multimedia Designer at Sistema Biobolsa

Your mission at Sistema.bio:

The Graphic and Multimedia Designer is responsible for designing the company artworks and multimedia materials while reflecting our brand. This role is also responsible for coordinating other external and freelance creative professionals.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Designing artworks and multimedia work for internal, corporate and marketing communication. Including artworks for social media and formatting of presentations, reports, newsletters, etc.
• Managing projects in key design on-line & off-line initiatives by coordinating all creative work with external agencies and printers.
• Auditing and ensuring all regional brand ambassadors are aware and trained on all Institutional visual identity and communication guidelines.
• Leading our professional photographers and videographers to build our image/AV library.
• Supporting marketing department with printing & designing, to coordinate entire corporate uniqueness plus collateral materials.

More about YOU:

• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication or similar. (Mandatory).
• You have postgraduate studies in Design Thinking, UX/IX Design (Desirable).
• You have at least 5-year experience within a company or creative agency. 
• You have proven experience successfully managing project design endeavors by engaging with multiple (internal and external) stakeholders.
• You have an excellent ability to translate a brief's requirements accurately into attractive artworks according to each audience.
• You have advanced skills handling Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, and WordPress.
• You have high proficiency level in video editing.
• You have  excellent written and verbal skills in English (professional level).
• You have advanced photography skills and photo editing knowledge.
• You have basic experience with technical and mechanical drawings as a bonus.
• You have excellent freehand sketching and drawing skills are a bonus.
