As a Growth Hacker & Community Manager, you will:
- Design and execute innovative growth strategies that attract, engage, and retain users.
- Build and nurture online and offline communities, driving loyalty and advocacy in the blockchain/crypto space.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align growth with business goals.
- Stay ahead of trends in blockchain, crypto, and fintech to fuel creative and data-driven campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, and community management.
- Solid knowledge of blockchain/crypto and the fintech ecosystem.
- Strong technical and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
