As an Agricultural Field Officer, you will:

• Train and guide farmers on modern and sustainable practices.
• Conduct farm visits, maintain accurate records, and forecast harvests.
• Support company programs such as seedling distribution and yield monitoring.
• Build strong farmer relationships while mobilizing them for trainings and workshops.

Who we’re looking for:

• Diploma in Agriculture (minimum requirement).
• At least 2 years’ experience in agricultural fieldwork.
