    Growth Hacker

    Requirements

    • Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy that drives user acquisition and builds a pipeline of high-potential and likely-to-convert customers across all our emergency response services.
    • Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy that drives provider acquisition of key emergency service companies in collaboration with the team to ensure our user growth matches our response capabilities.
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify target markets, user needs, and growth opportunities.
    • Identify issues that may be hampering business growth.
    • Develop, test and optimize growth strategies to improve user acquisition.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, increase engagement and retention, and optimize the conversion funnel.
    • Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions.
    • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on emerging growth hacking techniques and tools.
    • Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement new features and services that drive growth.
    • Collaborate with the provider management team to ensure supply matches where we have demand for the services.
    • Provide feedback on marketing activities to improve the efficiency of campaigns.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through innovative and data-driven marketing techniques.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
    • Experience with A/B testing and optimization tools.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
    • Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and growth.
