GYM Manager at Bridge Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all gym and fitness related operations within the club.
• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for gym memberships, personal training, and fitness programs
• Drive membership acquisition, renewals, and overall revenue growth.
• Develop innovative fitness programs, group classes, and wellness initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for corporate partnerships and fitness packages.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor gym instructors, personal trainers, and support staff.
• Ensure proper maintenance, servicing, and safety compliance of all gym equipment.
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management of the gym department.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
• Support the marketing team in club activations, fitness challenges, and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science, Business Management or a related field
• Professional certification in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, or Fitness Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 4 - 6 years progressive experience in fitness training, including hands-on management of a gym or fitness facility.
• Commercial mindset with solid business acumen.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Articulate with a high level of professionalism, energy, and results orientation.
