We are representing a well-established financial services provider operating across the region, currently seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Actuarial Services to lead the actuarial function within their insurance business.

As Head of Actuarial Services, you will:

• Provide actuarial oversight across life and general insurance functions.
• Lead pricing, reserving, product development, and capital management initiatives.
• Build models and insights to inform risk and financial decisions.
• Ensure alignment with actuarial best practice and regulatory standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to support innovation and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified actuary with strong technical foundations and leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and risk-based frameworks.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate actuarial concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior exposure to regional markets will be beneficial but is not essential.
