    Head of Business Development

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field
    • 3-5 years' experience in sales, business development, or client relations
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Strong knowledge of event venues across Kenya & East Africa
    • Well-connected within corporates and NGOs
    • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
    • Strong client relationship and networking abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace & CRM tools
    • Polished, professional, and aligned with a premium brand
    • Highly organized, self-driven and adaptable
