Oversee core sales channels including Agent Network and Customer Sales Team
Set quarterly priorities and execute on activity plans to ensure delivery of targets
Ensure effective execution of all Agent Network and Customer Sales processes through the sales cycle to enable a positive agent and customer experience
Define requirements and engage collaboratively with in-house agent and customer support teams and marketing
Recruit, manage and mentor a team of internal sales managers and representatives and oversee engagement with external sales agencies
Ensure efficient management of budget
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback and share back to company leadership
Play a key leadership role across the Commercial department as we scale towards 600,000 cooker customers and beyond
Job Requirements
University degree in a related field, with postgraduate degrees preferred
10+ years of professional experience, ideally in FMCG, Telco.
5+ years of experience in sales management and leadership
Demonstrated success designing and implementing sales strategies across urban areas
Ability to work in a self-led manner, in an environment with significant time pressure
Comfort role modeling behaviors in line with KOKO culture, including leadership, professionalism, customer orientation, safety consciousness, and innovation
