Head of Clinical Services at Kilimani Children’s Clinic

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine & Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized institution.
• MBA –Healthcare Management or equivalent
• Master’s degree in Paediatrics and Child health will be an added advantage.
• Registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
• Work experience of a minimum of two (2) years in a management position in a busy hospital.
• Have a valid practice license.
• Professional Insurance Indemnity Cover.
• Proficiency in computer application packages.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills – English and Kiswahili.
• Wide knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Good management skills.
• Be a proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
