Coordinate all production activities within the department production floor with emphasis on production quantity, efficiency and quality.
Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
Requirements
BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
7-8 years’ experience in the of field of Technical Sales & Marketing specifically in Racking
Understands technical issues
Engineering / Architectural background is an added advantage
Prior experience in a construction / manufacturing company
Strong interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
A degree / Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
Able to work well in a team.
