    Head of Growth

    Role description

    We are looking for a new member of our team to accelerate our team's success and take us to the next level. As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that continue to expand our customer base and ultimately take us from selling 30 vehicles a month, to over 1,000. You will lead a team of talented professionals across marketing and sales to build strong systems for scale.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    •  Develop, lead and implement company-wide growth strategy, aimed at expanding Peach Cars’ customer base and increasing vehicle sales and car maintenance customers.
    •  Building internal systems for scale
      • Evaluate existing systems and processes, implementing scalable solutions and workflows to support organizational growth and efficiency..
    •  Track performance of team & support learning / development
      • Manage the metrics and performance of the team. This means that you’re attentive to the team’s OKRs and understanding what success looks like from the managerial level to the operational level.
      • Gather and manage data to drive insights and identify key opportunities to ensure intentional decision making
      • Support team building and development efforts to ensure that everyone is performing at highest capacity and intervening where upskilling is required
    •  Support strategic decision making with executive team
      • Ensure with the insights and data gathered, the executive team is privy to these to inform decision making for Peach
      • Be a reliable team member to the executive team by ensuring proactive and timely communications

    Requirements

    •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field; MBA oradvanced degree preferred
    •  Strategic thinker and coordinator by nature
    •  Expert communication and leadership skills with the ability to sit amongst a number of stakeholders
    •  5+ years in startup growth strategy, management and data analytics with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
    •  Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation
    •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
