About the job
- Structure the maintenance team to ensure quick resolution of breakdowns, so as to achieve a reduced mean time to repair (MTTR).
- Design and lead the implementation of a reliability program to increase mean time between failure
- (MTBF).
- Leverage on TPM and or RCM methodologies to design an effective program.
- Custodian of the maintenance budget. Lead maintenance cost improvement projects.
- Create and implement maintenance procedures
- Ensure the maintenance team adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Set up systems to continuously improve the condition and maintenance of assets by addressing root
- causes, and by mitigating/controlling failure modes and their effects.
