• Structure the maintenance team to ensure quick resolution of breakdowns, so as to achieve a reduced mean time to repair (MTTR).
• Design and lead the implementation of a reliability program to increase mean time between failure
• (MTBF).
• Leverage on TPM and or RCM methodologies to design an effective program.
• Custodian of the maintenance budget. Lead maintenance cost improvement projects.
• Create and implement maintenance procedures
• Ensure the maintenance team adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Set up systems to continuously improve the condition and maintenance of assets by addressing root
• causes, and by mitigating/controlling failure modes and their effects.
