You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 7+ years in banking, consulting, or financial services, with exposure to SMEs/markets
• Proven track record in business strategy, credit, investment, or enterprise finance
• Experience engaging with donors, corporates, or financial regulators
• Leadership skills to guide projects and inspire teams
• Master’s degree or professional certifications in strategy, finance, or project management is a bonus
