Job Purpose Statement

The role includes administration of bank schemes: onboarding, retention, premium collection, and premium/income reconciliation and ensuring effective service delivery. This role is additionally tasked with acquisition of new schemes

Job Specifications

Academic Qualifications:

• University degree ( Preference given to a Business related degree or B.Com Insurance)
• Master’s degree in business management (as an added advantage)

Professional Qualifications:

• Diploma in Insurance Management and/or other insurance qualifications
• Member of a professional insurance body i.e. Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Insurance Institute of Kenya, etc

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations for life and general insurance with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior management role leading in underwriting & claims
