Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for setting up and maintaining equipment’s for heating, ventilation and Air conditioning with a goal of producing and maintaining a well-functioning heating and cooling systems for all facilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Maintain, repair, and upgrade all air condition infrastructure and perform work on associated control ventilation.
Install, maintain and repair air condition and ventilation equipment’s.
Perform comprehensive troubleshooting down to component levels to extend the life of obsolete equipment and conserve funds.
Oversee and inspect work performed by outside vendors.
Create, modify or improve preventative maintenance programs for HVAC equipment’s .
Conduct routine maintenance and testing on HVAC systems, and ensure installations are as to manufacturer standards.
Maintain a filing system of all documentation received.
Any other duties as designated by the Manager/Supervisor
The requirements
A Technician Certificate in a related field.
Previous experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Honesty, transparency, good time management and analytical skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work on multiple tasks and demands
