Help Desk / Front Office Sales Staff (2 Positions) at Gap Recruitment Services Limited

The Role
You will be the first face and voice customers meet when they visit or contact the office. You will represent the brand professionally and turn enquiries into sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Welcome walk-in customers and visitors warmly and confidently
• Explain the company, its services and its buying process clearly
• Record enquiries and leads accurately and follow them up
• Qualify leads and hand them to the sales team with complete information
• Respond promptly to calls, emails and messages
• Take part in promotions, ground-level marketing and customer engagement activities
• Keep the front office and customer records neat and organised
• Give basic sales and marketing support when needed

What You'll Need

• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• At least 2 years' experience in front office, reception, customer service or sales
• No motor industry experience required
• Basic understanding of sales and a genuine interest in marketing
• Good computer skills (MS Office and email). CRM exposure is an advantage
