YOUR TASKS

• Security Operations Management-Develop and implement effective security protocols for farm operations
• Coordinate other security related service providers while reviewing and implementing agreed upon terms and conditions.
• Liaison with local community and authorities on matters related to theft, community incidents and general security matters.
• Incident Management and Reporting-Lead the investigation and documentation of security breaches, losses, or other incidents and present timely and detailed reports.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation-conduct regular risk assessment, awareness and audits to ascertain the safety of people, company equipment and materials..
• Asset Protection-Monitor the movement of company vehicles and high-value equipment while ensuring access control measures.
• Ensure security measures in place support the sustainability strategies for the company while minimizing risks.

YOUR PROFILE

• You should have a diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a security management role, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Proven experience working with external security providers and law enforcement agencies.
• Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems, access control technologies, and security audit procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
