HR Manager- Outsourcing at Pundit Space

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in outsourcing to manage end-to-end HR functions, ensuring seamless workforce management and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for outsourced staff.
• Handle payroll processing, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.
• Address employee grievances, engagement, and performance management.
• Develop HR policies and ensure legal compliance in outsourcing operations.
• Analyze workforce data and provide strategic HR insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in outsourcing or staffing services.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
