• We are looking for an experienced and innovative HubSpot Developer to customize and optimize the HubSpot platform for DGB Group’s needs. This role involves developing and maintaining HubSpot templates, creating custom modules, and integrating HubSpot with other systems. As a HubSpot Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing and CRM efforts, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with our brand.
• This position requires deep expertise in HubSpot’s tools and strong web development skills, combining technical knowledge with creativity to support our mission of engaging with audiences and driving growth.
• As a HubSpot Developer, you’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure that DGB Group’s HubSpot platform is visually appealing, functional, and aligned with our goals.

What You’ll Do

HubSpot Development

• Develop and implement custom HubSpot modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Create and maintain HubSpot templates and landing pages for optimized user engagement.
• Customize HubSpot styling and layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure brand consistency.

System Integration & Optimization

• Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms and internal systems.
• Build and enhance workflows, forms, and marketing funnels within HubSpot.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot-related technical issues promptly.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align on project requirements.
• Monitor performance and implement ongoing improvements to HubSpot assets and processes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot features, updates, and best practices to ensure the platform is optimized for success.

Requirements

Proven Expertise

• Strong expertise in HubSpot development, including CMS, CRM, and Marketing Hub.
• Proven experience in developing and customizing HubSpot templates and modules.
• Familiarity with HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing, and customer journeys.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development within HubSpot.
• Experience with HubSpot API integration and third-party service integrations.
• Deep understanding of HubSpot forms, multi-step forms, and automated workflows.

Problem-Solving & Collaboration

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
