Human Resource Officer at Kivulini School

Kivulini Schools is seeking a professional and experienced Human Resource Manager to strengthen our people and systems as we continue to grow.

Role Overview:

• You will support HR functions for a dynamic team of about 100 staff across academic and operational units, ensuring accountability, high performance and a positive, professional work environment.
• This role requires a firm approach to staff management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment & onboarding
• Performance management & staff development
• Employee relations & workplace culture
• HR systems, policies & compliance with Kenyan labour laws

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Higher Diploma/IHRM certification is an added advantage
• 3-5 years' HR experience; MUST have worked in a school setting or have a background in education.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws
