Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Website Operations

• Ensure reliable power, network, and internet connectivity across all locations. Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, UPS, and backup systems.
• Coordinate with ISPs and monitor system uptime.

Warehouse IT Support

• Maintain WMS, scanners, printers, and other warehouse IT systems. Provide timely on-site troubleshooting and support during peak operations.

Office Equipment & Devices

• Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network devices.
• Support device lifecycle management.

 CCTV & Security Systems

• Maintain CCTV systems and ensure proper recording, storage, and retrieval.
• Support investigations through surveillance data where required.

 IT Security & Access Control

• Manage user accounts, access rights, onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
• Enforce password and access control standards and help prevent unauthorized access.

 IT Support & Service Delivery

• Provide day-to-day IT support across office and warehouse operations.
• Ensure support requests are resolved within agreed SLA timelines.
• Coordinate IT support activities and team members

Team Coordination & Training

• Supervise and support IT staff. Train employees on internal sys- tems, e-commerce platforms, and warehouse tools.
• Develop SOPS and user guides to improve system adoption and reduce errors.

Requirements
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or support roles.
• Experience with multi-site IT environments,Warehouse or operational environment support is highly preferred

Core Skills

• Hands-on troubleshooting (network and hardware), Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls. Familiarity with power backup systems (UPS, generators), Experience with CCTV systems,Basic knowledge of IT security and access  control, Strong execution ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to supervise a small team.
