We will endure by reinventing ourselves, striving to satisfy our customers and delighting our consumers, while remaining true to our mission and values. We are therefore looking for an experienced IT Support Lead to assist the evolution and growth of our IT particularly our day to day IT support.
In this position you will be responsible for IT-related support issues within Text Book Center. This will include but not limited to managing, maintaining, and repairing IT systems.
You must be a great communicator by being able to be training less technically savvy colleagues in security procedures in a way a layman would understand.
