    Minimum Qualifications 

    • A Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Telecommunications/ Electrical/ 
    • Telecommunications Engineering/ Health Informatics/ Electronics Health Records or a related course from a recognized institution.
    • Knowledge and experience in working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP.
    • Experience in working with IT Support or Project management Ticketing Systems.
    • Experience in offering IT support in a busy environment. Experience in working in a Hospital/ 
    • Medical environment will be an added advantage.
    • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting of hardware and software.
    • At least two (2) years of working experience in the ICT field.
