Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for desktop operations, system administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT support for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide computer administration and maintenance support.
• Manage and maintain printers, networks, and related infrastructure.
• Perform basic and advanced network troubleshooting.
• Set up, configure, and maintain servers, routers, and switches.
• Configure switches and ensure stable network performance.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, documentation, and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot MESS system operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in desktop operations and maintenance.
• Must have hands-on experience with MESS system.
• Proficiency in computer and printer administration and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of network basics, TCP/IP protocols, and routing & switching knowledge.
• Familiarity with server setup, maintenance, and switch configuration.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare SOPs and follow structured IT procedures.
