Pursuant to Section 13 (4) of the Civil Aviation Act, Cap 394, the members appointed shall serve for a period of three years on such terms and conditions as may be specified in their instruments of appointment and shall be eligible for re-appointment for a further one term of three (3) years subject to a favorable evaluation.
