Responsibilities

• Maintaining computer networks including mainframes, VPNs, routers and 
• other physical hardware 
• Installing and configuring network equipment 
• System Administrator(security systems) 
• Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to 
• keep data and communications protected 
• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems 
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees 
• and management 
• Plan & Design IT infrastructure to meet customers’ demands (Storage and Cloud systems)
• Work with the Project manager to come up with IT infrastructure projects plan
• Implement IT infrastructure project with high quality delivery
• Run regular health checks and help resolve issues in customer infrastructure
• Help sales teams identify customer pain points for new opportunities
• Implementing disaster recovery procedures 
• Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best 
• practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems 
• Server Administration 
• End-user support

Educational Background and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer sciences or relevant Degree
• More than 5 years of experience in delivering or maintaining IT infrastructure projects from mainstream vendors
• Be familiar with one or more of the following IT product technologies and related solutions, such as storage, cloud computing, servers, networks, and operating systems.
• Have a certain understanding of the technical development trends of storage, virtualisation, cloud computing, and servers, and care about the current and future technical development trends.
