The Intern will work closely with the Senior Associate in the Train team to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency through materials development, metrics analysis, and LMS management. The success of our training programs depends on their continuous improvement and adaptability. The Shamiri Train Intern is to assist in developing, updating, and refining training materials, aligning them with the strategic plan of the organization. This vital support contributes to the overall enhancement and effectiveness of our training initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities:
Assist in the development, updating, and refinement of training materials to maintain their relevance and quality.
Assist in tracking attendance, evaluations, and other training metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Assist in managing a LMS (Learning Management System) by uploading content, creating user accounts, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Maintain an organized database of training documents and resources.
Assist in collecting participant feedback, data analysis, and report writing.
Provide support in managing training session schedules and resource allocation to optimize operations.
Collaborate closely with the train team and hub coordinators to facilitate training and discussions.
