Job summary

• Ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness across various operational areas within the hospital.
• Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough audits of financial records, operational processes, and compliance frameworks to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing audit plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders to address findings, and providing recommendations to enhance internal controls and operational performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance from a recognized institution. Certified Public Accountant CPA(K) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• Member in good standing of ICPAK/IIA.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
• High degree of accuracy especially with data entry.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
