Who we are looking for
Required
- A current Master's or Bachelor's student, or recent graduate in a field related to our work (such as Economics, Political Science, International Development, Law, Gender Studies, Sociology, or Communications)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Keen attention to detail
- Passionate about social impact
- Ability to be patient and to work well within a global team
- Ability to cope well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, occasionally work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines
- Previous relevant experience in academic, policy, humanitarian and development sectors, in particular, specific to migration and groups in marginalised situations
Desirable
- Previous relevant research experience
- French, Swahili, Somali, Spanish, Arabic and/or additional languages
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and tools (for example, R, SPSS, NVIVO)
