    Internship Programme

    Who we are looking for
    Required

    • A current Master's or Bachelor's student, or recent graduate in a field related to our work (such as Economics, Political Science, International Development, Law, Gender Studies, Sociology, or Communications)
    • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Passionate about social impact
    • Ability to be patient and to work well within a global team
    • Ability to cope well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, occasionally work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines
    • Previous relevant experience in academic, policy, humanitarian and development sectors, in particular, specific to migration and groups in marginalised situations

    Desirable

    • Previous relevant research experience
    • French, Swahili, Somali, Spanish, Arabic and/or additional languages
    • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and tools (for example, R, SPSS, NVIVO)
