IT Consultants and Installation Technician at Servtel

This includes but is not limited to:

• Resolving all issues the customers have with their IT, Telecom and Security Data systems and Software.
• Educating Coworkers about IP network security and best practices for computer usage to enhance their skills as required in the IT field
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our sales team.
• Have skills to design and implement artwork on the company’s social media channels. Keeping the company vibrant on those channels at all times.
• Continually attend to webinars that relate to technology for the Company.

Minimum Education Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or a related field is preferable.
• Professional certification (e.g. CCNA, CISSP, MCSE).
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Personable, professional demeanor presentable.
• Knowledge of Programming language is a plus
• 3 Years Experience in related field.
