IT Internship at Safariwatch Limited

Scope of work

The IT Systems intern will need to understand all our products, be able to do high level presentations, Onboard any of our solutions and ensuring a smooth working process of any activities directly or indirectly related to all our products.

Responsibilities:

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Lend IT support in areas such as cyber security, programming, analytics, and data center management
• Onboard any of our solutions
• Do high level presentations
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Installing operating systems and other computer software applications on new computers
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all technology is working properly for the company
• ·Supporting the maintenance of existing computer systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software
• Providing technical support for computer hardware and software issues

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem solving, excel and analytic skills
• Good expirience in web design and maintainance
• Good in system intergration
• Expirience in social meadia markerting
• Experience in testing and training cycles will be an added advantage.
• 6 months of experience in user support and at least 4 months' experience working with any CRM will be an added advantage.
• Troubleshooting skills on both hardware and software.
• Technical proficiency in database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation will be an added advantage.
• Preferably FEMALE candidate

Remuneration: Ksh. 20,000
