Job Purpose:

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Representative to manage the company's website, social media platforms, digital marketing, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, handling online sales, and ensuring smooth operations of digital tools while upholding data security and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

IT & Network Management:

• Manage and update the company website to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair and maintain the call center network, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Service company machines regularly, ensuring proper functionality, time synchronization, and antivirus updates while keeping accurate records.
• Cover and secure machines every evening before leaving.
• Check and maintain each computer to ensure smooth operation.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute a structured posting schedule across all company social media accounts.
• Create engaging social media content, including images, videos, and text.
• Handle daily or scheduled digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage online-led sales and customer interactions.

Data Management & Security:

• Update and maintain company contact records, ensuring all physical landline phone contacts are backed up and stored on the messaging CRM system.
• Monitor and review CCTV footage as required.
• Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive data and IT systems.

Design & Content Creation:

• Create and edit PDF files, incorporating pictures and videos.
• Utilize AI tools for graphic design and photography to enhance company marketing materials.

Collaboration & Technical Support:

• Share and manage live Excel sheets for real-time collaboration.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure IT and digital tools are aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in IT or any other relevant field.
• Proven experience in website development and management.
• Strong knowledge of networks and IT systems.
• Certification in Microsoft Office with proficiency in live Excel sheet management.
• Experience in video editing, photography and graphic design, with knowledge of AI tools.
• Ability to repair and maintain computer networks and systems.
• Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality particularly in reviewing CCTV footage.
