 Our client in the IT industry is seeking to employ an IT sales executive who can sell software.

Responsibilities

1. Gain understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
2. Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers.
3. Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications.
4. Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
5. Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale.
6. Advise on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing or other specialist areas.

Qualifications

1. Degree/diploma in Information Technology.
2. Experience in IT sales.
3. Ability to identify a market and meet targets.
4. Good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses/users/market diversity.
5. Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
6. Passion, dedication and focus.
