The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to the IT Deployment Lead during the deployment of Upfield’ s new technology and post go live support. This role will assist to plan and execute the chosen deployment model into Kenya and the other countries in East and Southern Africa, the business units, engage and connect the relevant stakeholders and represent the country needs.
This is a delivery focused role with pure focus on managing the partners to deliver on their contractual commitments and ensure successful deployment to the countries within the region. This is very much a hands-on role and requires determined tenancy and pragmatism whilst upholding global standards as well as demonstrating intrinsic co-ordination with both the business and the delivery partners to ensure a successful deployment in country and post go live support.
