    IT Support

    Technical Skills

    • Solid knowledge of Windows environments
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems
    • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) 
    • Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and group policies
    • Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Basic cybersecurity awareness (antivirus, firewalls, phishing prevention)

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
