Junior Accountant at Alpha Force Security

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment vouchers
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations
• Assist with payroll and statutory deductions
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Support monthly reporting, budgeting and audits

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Accounting. Finance or a related field
• Proven QuickBooks experience is mandatory
•  CPA qualification or ongoing CPA studies is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Kenyan statutory and tax requirements
• Strong accuracy, integrity and organisational skills
