Work with the team to analyze data and proactively develop solutions to improve the business operations, profitability, and overall performance.
Actively work to ensure that all the systems and procedures put in place by the Senior Leadership team are always maintained.
Foster excellent interpersonal skills within the team dynamic by being a good mentee and actively always seeking learning opportunities.
Ensure that data capture is kept up to date and assist all Junior team members in executing their role.
Communicate any incident, non-conformity, quality defect or machine malfunction you are involved in or witness immediately to your team leader or any member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Play a hands-on role with the production team getting involved in their day-to-day tasks so as better understand the systems and seek out process improvements.
Be aware that your performance and abilities will be closely monitored by the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in business studies or accounting from an established education institute.
One year experience working in an industrial environment.
Knowledge of statistical process control and continuous improvement methodologies.
The ability to identify problems and formulate solutions with a quick turnaround.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Looker.
Fundamental knowledge of ISO 22000.
Effective communicator who can express ideas to all team members.
Certificate of good conduct.
Attention to details with the ability to identify quality.
